Comprehensive Eye Exam + Contacts
We respectfully request that this appointment be scheduled for individuals seeking a fitting for a new contact lens prescription, provided they are current contact lens wearers. Prior to the appointment, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing contact lenses and instead bring them in their case, along with a copy of your prescription and any contact lens boxes. For new wearers, please notify us upon receiving the confirmation text, allowing us to prepare for a tailored experience and increase the likelihood of a successful fit. Eyewear Fitting
Please book this appointment if you presently possess a valid prescription and intend to proceed with the fabrication of eyeglasses. Your cooperation in adhering to this guideline is greatly appreciated
Repair
Please utilize this appointment for in-office repairs. Upon booking, kindly send a photograph of the damaged glasses to 561-401-0902. This appointment is specifically designated for individuals seeking repair services. Thank you for your cooperation
DMV Exam
Please book appointment for an eye examination that requires completion of DMV form. It is important to note that we do not facilitate DOT forms. Additionally, if glasses are necessary, please be aware that the form will not be considered complete until the glasses have been received.
Contact Exam Follow-up
Please book appointment for finalizing contact lens prescriptions to be made exclusively by individuals who have previously undergone a contact lens fitting examination with us and now require their prescription to be finalized in-office. If you meet these criteria, please proceed to schedule your appointment
In-home services
To schedule an appointment for our in-home services or services delivered to your workspace, please contact us. Please note that a deposit is required for all home services. In the event that no services are performed or if the appointment is canceled on the same day, the deposit will be forfeited. Upon booking, an invoice will be sent to you via text for your convenience.
RX Re-check
Appointments for re-checks should be scheduled exclusively by individuals who have undergone an examination at The Optical Experience within the past 90 days and require a recheck. If this criterion is not met, we encourage you to promptly contact our office for further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
